Sustainable Attitude Seal

Check below the criteria and how to participate in the Sustainable Attitude Seal video award.

SUSTAINABLE ATTITUDE – IWPPO

Imagine a world where every small action counts. On beaches, in ports, rivers, and even on the streets, daily decisions shape the future of the oceans. At IWPPO, we believe that good ideas deserve more than recognition—they deserve to be an example. This is how the Sustainable Attitude Seal was born: more than an award, a symbol of commitment, creativity, and positive impact.

During the event, participants from different countries and communities are invited to share their stories in videos up to 3 minutes long—showcasing real actions to reduce plastic pollution: from educational campaigns and cleanup efforts to innovative technologies and simple, replicable solutions.

Clarity and strength of the message

A well-told, direct, and coherent story. Audio and video quality that enhances understanding.

Relevance and originality of ideas

Alignment with the theme of plastic pollution, with data, facts, or real examples. Creative approaches score extra points.

Community involvement

Representation and engagement (number/diversity of participants, inclusion of different groups).

Positive environmental impact (proven or potential)

Concrete, measurable actions with potential for scalability or lasting effects.

Ability to inspire lasting change

Videos that mobilize, provoke reflection, and encourage new sustainable attitudes.

Receiving the seal means joining a global network of change agents. At the end of the event, the awarded videos will be shared internationally, inspiring new actions and amplifying the reach of these attitudes. Each winner takes home not just recognition but an invitation: to keep acting and inspiring. The ocean starts in our backyard—and caring for it begins with a choice, today.
